Alicia’s Provençal Tuna Salad

Two cans skipjack tuna, flaked apart
Two tsp capers chopped
1/2 tsp herbs de Provence
Couple dollops Mayo... maybe 2 or 3 Tbsp
1/2 Tbsp champagne vinegar.
Lemon juice, fresh to taste... I used one 1/6 wedge of a medium lemon

Combine all ingredients.
