Cowboy Casserole

From the kitchen of: Dawn & Alicia Corbin
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. mixed vegetables (frozen)
3 pkg. brown gravy
4 c. water
2 Tbsp. corn starch

3-3/8 c. Biscuit Mix
1 c. milk

Brown beef, with garlic and onions like for chili, remove from heat. Par cook vegetables just to boiling, remove from heat drain set aside. Make gravy with gravy mix water and corn starch, in small saucepan. Next layer hamburger, vegetables, then gravy. To make biscuits; mix biscuit mix and milk gently with fork till blended knead 10 times, roll to 1/2 inch thick, cut into biscuits, place on top of casserole. Bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes till biscuits are lightly browned on top.
