Dilly Pasta Salad

2 cups uncooked pasta of your choice, cooked and drained - we like Organic Felicetti Ditalini
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp fresh dill weed
OR 1/2 tsp dried
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 hard cooked egg peeled and chopped
3 small green onions, trimmed and chopped fine
2 or 3 radishes sliced or cut into matchsticks
1 medium carrot, grated
OR a few baby carrots sliced very thin

Mix mayo, sour cream, dill, salt, pepper, mustard, turmeric, chopped egg. Gently stir dressing into cooked pasta. Fold in veggies. Refrigerate for 3 hours minimum for best flavor!
