Granola Bars

From the kitchen of: Dawn Corbin

3 1/2 c. quick oats
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. honey

Optional (one or all):
1 c. peanuts
1 c. coconut

Heat oven to 325°F combine all ingredients and work lightly with hands. Press into well buttered 13 X 9 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
