Horseradish Cream

1 1/2 c sour cream
2 Tbsp - 1/4 c Bubbie's horseradish (measure it to your preference, I like 1/4 c)
1 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients and refrigerate.
If time allows, refrigerate at least 30 minutes before using to improve flavor.
