Scalloped Potatoes

From the kitchen of Dawn Corbin
Ingredients
4 potatoes sliced very thin
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1/8 c. flour
1/4 c. margarine
Directions
In large bowl combine the first 6 ingredients, mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish and dot with margarine. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. While you are preheating oven , precook potatoes covered in the microwave for 15 minutes at 60% power. Put into oven uncovered and cook for an additional 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Allow to set 5 minutes before serving.
